The Jackson 169100 Temperature Gauge operates as a precise component that tracks dishwasher wash and rinse temperatures to maintain both operational quality and hygiene standards. The 2" diameter dial of this product allows users to measure temperatures from 20-220°F for precise operational control. This unit contains a 5/8" jam nut U-clamp mount together with a 72" capillary tube and a 3/8" x 1-3/4" bulb that has a 1/2" MPT connection. The dishwasher models 10AB, 24B, 44CE, 100PRB, and more can be used to monitor temperatures and support efficient dishwashing operations and sanitary compliance.
