The Jackson 06680-121-70-71 Dishmachine Dual Float Switch measures the water levels in the wash tank and uses two internal floating sensors that increase or decrease with the liquid surface. When these floats rise to certain heights, they open electrical contacts to notify the control system to either start a fill cycle or prevent an overflow. It is also designed to enable proper liquid management without the requirement for intervention to ensure that the required amount of water is maintained to maintain the required cleaning cycles.
