The Jackson 05330-002-34-22 Dishmachine Pump Seal 5/8" DIA is a mechanical sealing system installed in a commercial appliance to ensure that the pump shaft does not leak when the pump is in operation. This seal is tightly wrapped around the rotating shaft and forms a watertight barrier between the internal cavity of the pump and the outer housing, which is used in the correct circulation of water during wash and rinse cycles. It is also applied to professional dishmachines in which continuous water flow is required to provide cleaning performance.
