The Intermetro RPC13-113 Thermostat W/Blub Cap 1/4" X 6" 24" is a temperature controlling unit that is compatible with mobile holding units. It finds internal heat by using a fluid filled sensing bulb and sends signals through the capillary tube to control mechanism. The thermostat is installed in the insulated cabinet and monitors the temperature of the air or surface and switches the heating system on and off to keep the set conditions. It maintains a steady temperature of food products throughout storage and transport, facilitates safe storage without compromising insulation and general performance of the cabinet.
