The Imperial 4054 Chrome Burner Valve Knob is an element that is used to control the amount of gas that flows to the burner on commercial broilers. The knob is 2-3/8 inches in diameter and has a 1/4-inch D-stem and flat-up position, which enables the user to carefully adjust the appliance between the OFF and ON positions in order to operate the appliance better and correctly. It is mounted directly on the burner valve and gives a tactile interface to enable chefs or operators to control the amount of heat during cooking.
