The Imperial 2138-1 Safety Valve Tube is a replacement part that is used in commercial cooking systems. It is constructed to simply open and relieve excess pressure in commercial and food service systems in order to prevent the unsafe build-up of pressure. The valve is installed in the pressure circuit of the appliance with its 3/8 inch female pipe thread, and 3/16-inch tube connection, and it operates together with the controls and sensors to ensure safe operation.
