The Imperial 2036 Fryer Basket with Front Hook 13" L x 121/4" W x 5 3/8 " H is intended to be used, in commercial kitchen settings. It keeps food safe during frying, which enables even cooking and safe handling in the fryer. The front hook allows the basket to be placed on the edge of the fryer to drain the extra oil, whereas the mesh construction allows the free flow of the hot oil around the food.
