The Imperial 1607 Pilot Adjustment Valve is a control element that is applied to adjust the pilot gas flow in commercial charbroilers. It is placed between the gas supply and the pilot burner to enable a fine control of the pilot flame to enable ignition and stable operation of the burner. The valve has a 1/8 inch male pipe thread inlet and a 3/16 inch compression outlet and can be used with standard gas line configurations. In regular application, it ensures that there is consistent heat regulation and better start-up operation in the charbroiler gas system.
