Imperial 1166 Blower Wheel is a component used in circulating air in ovens. It has 8-1/16” diameter, 2-1/2” width and 1/2” hole, flat back and smooth hub for best performance. This blower wheel rotates in a counter clockwise direction and has two set screws for easy installation. It can be used with Imperial ICV, ICVD, IR with convection and other models, as well as with Vulcan and Wolf ovens. This product increases the efficiency of ovens by encouraging uniformity in the heat source increasing the quality of the food and reducing the amount of energy wasted.
