The Imperial 1138 Oven Thermocouple is an element of temperature detection that is applied in a commercial cooking system. It measures 30 inches long and identifies the presence and temperature of the burner flame and provides a corresponding electrical signal to the control system. It is installed close to the burner or pilot assembly, and it provides continuous feedback to make sure that the ignition is secure, and the operation is correct.
