The Hoshizaki SP-5591 Edge Evaporator Kit W/R&L Bank is an essential part of the ice machines especially those using the Edge feature. This kit contains the parts needed for optimal ice making and these include right and left evaporator banks. These banks store the refrigerant coils through which heat exchange takes place. The refrigerant circulating through these coils takes heat from the water around it to freeze and thereby create ice. The Edge technology from Hoshizaki Ice Machines is an equipment that has the evaporator coils located in the outer edges of the ice bin.
