The Hoshizaki 4A6593G01 Reed Switch G is an electro-mechanical switch used to switch electrical circuits through magnetic fields. Located in a vacuum-glass capsule, it has two ferromagnetic reeds that are closed when the magnetic field is applied to conduct current. This switch does not have mechanical wear and therefore has a long duration of up to 10 million cycles. The advantages of the systems are small dimensions, protection from atmospheric corrosion, and no power consumption during the work. Applicable in refrigeration and ice-making equipment, this switch improves performance and durability in numerous uses.
