The Hoshizaki 4A5745-05 Solenoid Valve is an essential component of ice-making systems that regulate refrigerants properly. It functions at 120V/60Hz and applies an electromagnetic process to open and close the valve in response to signals received. When energized, it forms a magnetic field that opens to allow refrigerant flow by moving a plunger of the valve seat when de-energized, the spring closes the valve by pulling the plunger back to the seat. This solenoid valve increases the productivity of the ice machines since it controls the flow of refrigeration, and stroking cycle and guarantees better production of ice.
