The Hobart XNC11X24 Frying Element is used to heat cooking oil to determine operating temperatures. It operates on a 240 V electrical supply, it transforms this electrical power to thermal output of 5500 W and heats the fryer vat directly. The element is installed into the fryer tank and immersed. It is the main heat generating component installed in system which maintains the oil heat during cooking, holding and recovery periods.
