The Hobart XNC10X2 Warmer Element 1000W 115V is a replacement element that is used to produce and sustain controlled heat in commercial foodservice equipment. It uses 1000 watts, on a 115-volt supply to maintain constant thermal output for commercial appliances. The element is installed within the heating compartment and it transforms electrical power into uniform heat to maintain ready food at proper serving temperatures. It is normally fitted when warming units are being repaired to restore proper operation. It is also a component of the heat delivery system in the appliance, which contributes to the even temperature in the appliance.
