The Hobart 922020 Thermostat is a high performance temperature control device for commercial kitchens and is specifically compatible with Vulcan Hart models 36C, 36S, C36C, and C36S. This thermostat has a robust 48 inch capillary tube and temperature range of up to 500°F and is perfect for cooking and baking equipment. It works with a 3/16" x 10" bulb, and has a convenient rear outlet 1/4" NPT for easy installation. For user adjustments, the thermostat is fitted with a knob part number 8009111. Improved cooking consistency, energy efficiency and improved food quality are achieved by the Hobart, which maintains optimal heat levels.
