The Hobart 00-891514 Top Hopper assist the bulk foodstuffs to flow into the processing chamber in the form of a funnelling reservoir of raw ingredients. This gravity-founded component maintains the flow of material to make sure that the cutting or grinding assembly is supplied with a steady amount of the component. The unit is mounted directly above the leading intake throat on the upper housing of the food processor. This stainless steel housing ensures an atmosphere for vegetables or meat prior to the interior blades.
