The Hobart 802389-00012 Orifice LP 3/8" CCT #52 is an essential gas component that is used to control the flow of fuel to the burner in a gas griddle under normal operation. This opening has a specially sized opening that regulates the natural gas, or propane prior to entering the burner tube supports controlled combustion and uniform heat production throughout the cooking surface. It is used in commercial griddles in which accurate delivery of gas is required to maintain a constant temperature and even cooking. The orifice fits between the gas supply line and the burner assembly.
