The Hobart 719255-00002 Griddle Red Knob W/Set Screw is a user-controllable component that is used to regulate and display heat levels on the compatible commercial appliance. This red knob has a flat-down design and interface that fits directly on the burner valve shaft and is held in place with a set screw so that it is aligned during normal operation. It is also installed on the front control panel in kitchen settings where manual adjustment of burner output is required to be clear during cooking cycles. The knob connects to the internal valve system.
