The Hobart 710452 Thermostat Dial 2-1/2" D OFF-LOW-250-500 is a control interface that allows the adjustment, and regulation of operating temperatures on compatible commercial kitchen equipment. The dial has a distinct OFF, low, and increased heat range up to 500°F, which enables the operators to choose the exact temperature settings during use. It is mounted to the front control panel of the appliance, where it is connected to the thermostat shaft, and sends input to the temperature control system.
