The Hobart 351392-1 Element is a heating part that is installed in commercial griddle cooktops to produce and transfer heat to the cooking surface. This element fits in place of the centre heating unit in Hobart griddle models and is designed to work at 208 volts with an output of 2700 watts, and is commonly interchangeable with similar elements.
