The Hobart 351306-7 Fryer Element is an immersion heating part that is used to heat and sustain the temperature of cooking oil. It works in such a way that it transforms 240 V electrical input into 5500 W of heat transfer which moves thermal energy directly into the oil contained in the fryer vat. In commercial kitchen workplaces, it is placed in the tank and subsequently immersed in the tank during use. It plays a role in its assembly as the main heat producing component which helps to control the temperature during cooking, recovery and holding phases.
