The Hobart 00-916421 Legacy Mixer Wire Whip Assembly HL430D is used to mix and add ingredients by rotating wire loops quickly within the contents of the bowl. It works by attaching to the drive mechanism of the mixer whereby the electrical input makes the whip rotate and mix the ingredients well. This wire whip assembly is attached to the mixer head and attached to the output shaft above the bowl. Its position enables the whisking action to extend deep into the bowl in order to blend well during the normal food preparation activities.
