The Hobart 00-295157 Mixer wire whip 40 QT mixes, whips, or emulsifies the contents inside the mixing bowl by spinning wires around the bowl at a high speed. It works by mixing foodstuffs to add air or to evenly mix ingredients during preparation. The planetary attachment hub of compatible mixers is fitted with this wire whip which fits into the drive mechanism to spin properly.
