The Hobart 00-275447 Mixer Beater is a cast aluminum mixing part fits 40-quarts but can be modified for 60-quart mixers. This beater is highly effective in mixing a number of components and therefore suitable for use in baking activities such as mixing dough and batter. Durability is well provided for through the construction of an extra heavy duty body that is resistant to rusting and the ability to accommodate bigger mixers enhances the variety in food preparation. Some advantages are in the preparation of mixtures, an increase in the speed of their preparation, easy scaling up and down, which makes it very valuable in commercial application.
