The Hobart 00-119271 Low Water Float & Probe Kit is used to measure the levels of liquid in kitchen appliances used in commercial settings and is used to alert when the fluid value drops below a set point. The float is lifted and lowered with the water, and the probe emits signals that assist in regulating the amount of moisture taken in by the appliance and prevent dry running.
