The Hobart 00-009062 Cam Plate is a mechanical motion part to fit on compatible countertop mixer models. It directs the motion of the connected components by changing the rotation of the drive into the regulated secondary movement in the internal drive assembly of the machine. The plate is installed between the motor output and linkage with which it is associated to provide accurate positioning and connection with the other components.
