The Hobart 00-00-122674 Float Kit Assembly is a level sensor that is applied in commercial foodservice equipment. It is installed to check and control the level of water in the equipment when it is in operation. The float is installed on the inside of the wash tank or sump place, and it operates together with the fill, and control system to indicate when the right amount of water has been added or when it needs to be refilled. Its purpose in the appliance is to maintain a steady wash operation and avoid overfilling or underfilling of the washing machine to allow a stable and controlled operation of the entire system.
