The Henny Penny 49261 Door Control W/Handle Assembly provides the possibility to open, close the appliance door, and secure it, and having the user interact with the handle. It works by attaching the handle and latch parts to the door, which allows access to the cooking or holding chamber to be controlled. This is fitted at the front of the appliance which is attached to the door panel and aligned with the latch strike on the cabinet frame. Its positioning makes sure that the door runs well in its normal operation.
