The Henny Penny 14648 (OEM) Thermostat Kit is used to continuously regulate temperature of fryers. The thermostat, knob, bezel, and mounting bracket are provided in this kit to fit different models of fryers. Through control of the frying temperature within a range of 200 to 400 degrees, it favours food preparation and improves food quality to generate optimally fried products. The advantages of this thermostat kit are increased energy efficiency, optimal control and reproducible temperatures for cooking, and better of all, greatly lowered risks of overheating.
