The Hatco HT2.30.043 Lamp is a 120V 60W heat lamp that is intended to be used in warming equipment such as pass-throughs holding stations, and food warming displays. It provides regulated radiant heat to keep cooked foods at serving temperature when holding and serving in the short term. The built-in PTFE shatterproof coating serves to hold the fragments in case of lamp malfunction to assist safety in commercial kitchens. Fitted into the lamp assembly, it is a component of the heating system of the appliance, which provides a stable thermal output and stable operating conditions in the catering and food system setting.
