The Hatco 05.30.019 Pointer Speed Control Knob is a user interface component that is utilised to change and indicate speed or intensity controls on compatible control panels. This knob is 1-1/2-inch in diameter with a pointer that can be adjusted to the control scale so that users can adjust the desired speed when operating normally. It is mounted to a flat control shaft in commercial kitchens and foodservice settings in which it is necessary to have a clear indication and manual adjustment during normal operation. The knob is firmly attached through the internal bore to the control shaft.
