The Hatco 02.30.068 Infra-Red Lamp is a 120 V, 250 W that is used to give consistent radiant heat to commercial food system equipment. It is applied in heat lamps, strip warmers, and holding units to hold the serving temperature of prepared food. The lamp produces focused infrared heat which warms food without direct contact and therefore minimises heat loss in holding and service. It serves as the main source of heat, which assists in better and regulated presentation of foods in the kitchens and serving areas.
