The Hatco 02.16.003B.00 Thermostat Essex Stemco functions as a temperature controller specifically built for improving Food Reconstitutor FR-5 (208/240V). The temperature control device includes a 3/8" stuff box finished with nickel which operates through screwdriver adjustments on its 5" sleeve. The thermostat functions between 150-180°F while using an 18" capillary tube along with a 1/4" x 4" nickel bulb. This product delivers accurate temperature management resulting in better food quality and reduced energy usage.
