The Hamilton Beach HAM91555 Blender W/Container is designed with a 3HP motor that powers stainless steel blades that rotate at high speed to chop up ingredients inside the 64 oz poly container, forming a vortex motion to carry out activities. 2-speed control can be adjusted to control the intensity of the rotation and ingredients can be processed to smooth or rough mixtures depending on the setting chosen. The switching system changes the speed of the blade and the amount of torque to accommodate varying ingredient textures in the container.
