The Hamilton Beach 596700 Lemon/Lime Reamer, is a spare part that is used to squeeze the juice out of cut citrus fruits. It works by pushing and spinning against the inside of the fruit, and separating juice and pulp, with the liquid flowing into a collection container underneath. The reamer is placed in the middle, of the juicing assembly and it operates in conjunction with the other parts in order to facilitate uniform extraction. It is mostly applied in commercial food service settings, where fresh lemon. Lime juice is made to serve beverages, food cooking.
