The Groen Z002868 Black T-Star Knob with Whiteprint is a control component that is used in setting and displaying operating levels on compatible equipment. This T-shaped knob works by turning to choose a setting between the OFF and 10-1 positions with distinct white markings on a black surface to be used as a visual reference when the knob is used normally. When used in actual foodservice or commercial settings, it is mounted on front-panel shafts and must be manually adjusted on a regular basis. The 2-1/4" diameter is easily gripped and selected correctly.
