The Groen 84208 Compound Gauge is a pressure-measuring instrument designed to monitor both vacuum and pressure levels in commercial equipment systems. It has a 2-1/2'' diameter and a 60 PSI rating at 30 VAC to measure both the positive pressure and the vacuum in the system to give accurate feedback on the internal conditions. The gauge is normally attached to the control panel or pressure vessel of the appliance, and it connects to the pressure lines to provide readings, to the user. It is necessary to monitor and maintain secure operating pressures during cooking or processing, which is its role.
