The Globe XSP516 Shredder Plate is a perforated plate that is applicable in commercial appliances to produce standard shreds of 5/16 inch. It is placed in the shredding head of the compatible preparation machines where the food stuff goes through the plate with the blades rotating to produce homogenous shredded materials. This plate is applied in professional kitchens and food production facilities in vegetables, cheese and other like products. This plate is positioned behind the cutting assembly in the machine and is used to shape and determine the size of the output in combination with rotor and feed chute in processing.
