The Globe X10137 Mixer Timer Kit With-Knob is an Optional Timing control assembly to be used in any of the compatible commercial. This kit controls the working time of the mixer, and users can Pre-set and control the mixing cycles during the preparation of the food. It is fitted in the control panel it is connected to the drive system to start and stop as per the time selected. The knob included is manually adjustable, which allows the same results in professional kitchens, where the mixes must be controlled.
