The Globe U06051470654 Safety Control Valve Assembly NAT is used to control the flow of natural gas to the fryer, and it is turned off when unsafe conditions are observed. It reacts to the pressure changes or flame problems to avoid unsafe conditions. The valve assembly is mounted in the gas supply line, just above the fryer burner and is connected with the control system. It will also ensure safe operation of commercial frying equipment by regulating the delivery of gases in accordance with constant conditions ensuring adequate heat transfer and avoiding accidental ignition or overheating.
