Garland G0272526 Insert is a dial overlay that fits into a control knob to show position settings with compatible equipment. This component is assisted in the control panel assembly with it fitting in the knob recess and with the control shaft to be visually aligned with the settings selected to aid the manual input of the user. It is placed on food service appliances that operate on a selected knob and allows the easy interpretation of the selected positions and communication directly with the external knob and internal control assembly.
