The Garland 94030004 Control Switch W/potentiometer & Cable works based on the concept of converting the mechanical rotation of a dial into a particular signal of electrical resistance to the main processor. This is a variable signal that enables the board to control the firing of gas burners or heating elements. This is a kit that is mounted behind the front control panel and the potentiometer shaft is passed through the dashboard. This assembly provides the cooking equipment with the ability to respond properly to changes by connecting the operator interface to the internal circuitry cable.
