The Garland 4512141 Knob Kit regulates the settings of the oven by being connected to the control shaft and rotated to change the temperature or the operation settings. Mechanical movement is passed on to the internal control component by rotating the knob and the level of heat or mode of operation can be changed depending on the position of the knob. It can be attached to the front control panel of compatible oven models and provide a convenient interface to adjust cooking operations when working in a commercial kitchen and when using the equipment on a regular basis.
