The Garland 223242-43 Hood Orifice Brass #43 is a gas flow control system that is applied to stabilized fuel delivery in commercial cooking systems. It is placed over the orifice to direct the fuel before it gets to the burner to ensure that it has the correct combustion properties. This part is also placed at the junction of the supply line and the burner fitting to protect the orifice opening against debris that may cause performance to be interrupted.
