Garland 1842901 Temperature Probe with flange bracket is a sensing element that is used to measure the internal oven temperature and provide the correct readings to the control system. It is in commercial oven units and measures the temperature to aid in maintaining the cooking environment. The Probe is firmly attached to wall of the oven by the flange bracket and the leads are attached to the temperature control circuit by the encapsulated plug. It is essential to control heating cycles and the required temperature levels when it is used.
