The Garland 1314105 Insert Max-Off-Min 2-6 is a dial overlay that is used to fit into a control knob to display Max, Off and Min positions with numbered settings on compatible equipment. This component is part of the control panel assembly and fits with the control shaft and panel markings to visually match with selected settings to aid in manual input by the user. It is used on food service appliances where the adjustments are made by a selector knob and it is directly connected to the external knob and the internal control assembly.
