The Garland 1026050 Lamp PTFE 40W 130V is a spare heating component to be used in commercial cooking equipment where regulated radiant heat is needed. It provides constant output and resistance to the conditions of the cooking conditions. It is normally fitted in appliance units to ensure a constant temperature of food products. During normal operation, the lamp is placed in the heating section of the appliance, where it releases infrared heat that supports temperature control and the overall performance and accuracy of the heating system.
