The Garland 1017514 Thermostat FDO-1 150°F-550°F 3/16" Bulb is a replacement temperature control unit for commercial cooking equipment. It keeps track of the internal temperatures and controls the heating system to keep the set range within the same range, which ensures the same cooking performance. The bulb is installed through the 1/2" NPT connection and detects the temperature variations along its 14-3/4" length and sends the same to the control system. The thermostat is necessary to control the temperature accurately and maintain the stability of its work, the safety of its operation, and predictable outcomes in the kitchen setting of the commercial sphere.
