The Frymaster FM8262286 Computer Assembly is the main electronic control system of commercial deep-frying systems. This element controls cooking periods, controls oil temperatures and automates timing programs to maintain a uniform level of food in large-scale catering facilities. It is mounted on the front fascia of the fryer unit, and it is attached directly to the internal sensor array and heating elements. The assembly provides accurate thermal stability, and better parameters by processing data from the vat.
